the white cat was loaned to them through an agency by the owner, arthurs cat food decidided to rip its teeth out so it would use its paw to scoop out the food from the tin, alll good for the camera, the owner after the shoot, oblivious to this at that time, asked for his cat back, arthyrs said no, court case pursued,. hence ive never bought this brand.

Yes, that came to my attention too through a friend that worked for the factory that produced Arthur's cat food, she was a manageress of advertising with the company %26amp; when she found out what had happened she resigned. Apparently Arthurs son had his teeth removed tooo.....such a cruel world isn't it ?

Reply:That's disgusting, arthurs should not be in business, how cruel can you get. I no longer have a cat but if I do get one in the future I would not buy their cat food knowing this. This is just pure greediness when they just care about making money and show a false pretence that they are caring %26amp; loving towards cats when in fact they don't give a shite. shame on you arthurs.

But sadly it is possible, that people would resort to this kind of animal abuse, all for the love of making money.
Reply:I heard a similar story, except I can't remember who took his teeth out. I thought it was the owner, but I could very well be wrong.





Whoever did it should be prosecuted. I wouldn't buy it either.


I heard also that Iams (don't know if I have spelt it correctly) (I ams) test their products on laboratory cats. I don't buy that either.
