Do cat's have teeth in the middle on top? Between the fangs?

My cat is a llittle over a year old. It looks like she has no teeth on top. I was just curious if that is normal or not. She has her fangs and the rest of her teeth.

Do cat's have teeth in the middle on top? Between the fangs?
every cat i've seen has real small teeth on the top and bottom between the fangs. we have 2 cats one is 6 years old and the other is just over 1 year to and both have smaller teeth have to look close though and open the lips but got to be carefull as not to hurt them the bigger the cat the easier it is to see them.
Reply:Mine do, but one one of the cats it is less noticable. His teeth didn't completely come in until he was about 1.5 years, close to 2 years.

Even though your kitty is technically an adult, she is still growing.
Reply:I think they do,but I have killed older bobcats which had lost the front teeth between the 'fangs' due to advanced age, at about ten or twelve years old.
Reply:Yes, they are very tiny teeth. And some cats lose these, but I don't think your cat is old enough to have lost teeth. Probably just not noticeable yet
Reply:Mine was toothless after an accident and they never grew back.
Reply:yes, they have four. sometimes it takes a while for them to come in all the way, but they are quite small. I wouldnt worry.
