At what age does a kitten/cat lose their baby teeth?

Kittens have 26 deciduous (baby) teeth. They are the incisors, canines, and premolars. The incisors first appear at 2 to 3 weeks of age followed by the canines at 3 to 4 weeks of age and the premolars around 5 to 6 weeks of age. The age when teeth start to appear can be influenced by breed, environment, nutrition, and season of the year. Kittens will start to lose their baby teeth when the permanent teeth begin to erupt, usually beginning around 3 to 4 months of age. By 7 months off age the cat's adult teeth are fully developed

I don't think they do.
Reply:My kitten is 5 months old and has about 1/2 of her adult teeth now. They should be done at 6months.
Reply:They don't lose their teeth until they get really old.
Reply:they don't loose their teeth...until they grow old or they fight
Reply:mine is about 4 or 5 mths %26amp; her front small teeth came out %26amp; are growing back.
Reply:At around 4 months, they will start to lose the top and bottom front teeth, and by the time they are six months, they will have lost all of their teeth and gotten new ones. They get their canines ( fangs) last.
Reply:Kittens start to loose their teeth around 4-5 months of age. You might never notice. I happened to be around while my kittens were losing some of their baby teeth. When they start to move their jaw a lot, constantly licking, clicking then they have some loose tooths that are ready to come out.

Provide medium thickness straws (MickeyD's size, In-N-Out straws, nothing too skinny, boba straws work too) for the cat to chew on. They like that. Also they will chew / pierce into cardboard box edges.
