My cat is 4 mths.He has two canine teeth on one side and one on the opposite side. Is this normal?

Your cat's adult canine teeth are starting to grow. When both sides have grown in completely and (hopefully) fallen out, he'll be old enough to neuter (usually around 6 months).

Absolutely normal. Mine just lost his baby canines, and so he had 4 very big teeth at once. He'll loose the baby ones within a few weeks (or so...). Don't be surprised if he seems cranky and feisty. My boy Leo was a terror when he was teething. Offer the cat some hard rubber-like toys if you can. Ours was obsessed with the rubbery grip on broom handles and step ladder grips. Good luck :-)
